The Model number is usually on the front of the machine on a sticker (Example: 3014, Ram 50).
The Model year is found by cross-referencing the serial number On this Page (Requires Adobe Reader)
Your Serial number is on a tag on the back of the machine like the ones pictured below:
In this type of Tag the Serial number is just the part after the last hyphen, so in this case 69176
This type is used on the newer Dixon models and is usually
tucked in the rear of the chassis by the engine
Once you have these numbers we can find the parts we need from the diagrams Here
For this Example we will use a model ZTR 429 from 1993 and we are looking for a lawnmower blade
First we will select Commercial or Consumer, in this case it's Consumer
Then we will find our Model and year.
Continue by selecting the diagram you need to see, in our case it's the mower deck.
The Diagram shows a blade 8688.
Now we can scroll down the parts list to 8688 and add to cart.
